The Master Chapati Maker

Every day, the Gurudwara Moti Bagh Sahib Sikh temple in Delhi feeds over 10,000 people. The vast kitchens cook vegetarian fare in huge copper vats and the volunteer chapati makers are a sight to behold. The kitchens operate solely on donated goods and volunteer helpers keep the hundreds of people who come to eat their daily meal, meticulously organised.
